IQAC meeting notice

All IQAC members are hereby informed that a meeting of the IQAC has been scheduled as per the following details:

Agenda:

  1. To consider the progress of AQAR 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 data collection.
  2. To finalise the Academic calendar 2026-27.
  3. To consider new member to be appointed in the IQAC. ( Hrishikesh Joshi is unable to attend for health reasons)
  4. Any other topic with the permission of the Chair.

Minutes of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) Meeting

Date: Tuesday, 11th March 2026

Time: 5:00 p.m.

Venue: Principal’s Office

Chairperson: Dr. S. B. Karande (Principal)

Attendance:

The meeting was attended by IQAC Coordinator S. P. Buwa and the committee members. It was noted that Mr. Hrishikesh Joshi was absent due to health reasons. A quorum was present.

Proceedings:

1. Review of AQAR Data Collection ( 2024-25, and 2025-26) The Coordinator, S. P. Buwa, presented a status report on the data collection for the past three academic years.

  • AQAR 2024-25: Data compilation is 80% complete.
  • AQAR 2025-26: Ongoing collection initiated. The Chairperson instructed all Criterion Heads to resolve any data gaps by the end of the current month.

2. Finalization of Academic Calendar 2026-27 The draft for the upcoming academic year (2026-27) was discussed. It was resolved to incorporate specific dates for internal assessments, the “Induction Program” for first-year students, and tentatively scheduled National Seminars. The calendar was approved subject to university schedule alignment.

3. Appointment of New IQAC Member The committee acknowledged the formal communication from Mr. Hrishikesh Joshi regarding his inability to continue due to health issues. It was resolved to identify a new representative from the “Employers” category to maintain the stakeholder balance. Names will be suggested in the next meeting.

4. Any Other Topic No other point was raised.

The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
