All IQAC members are hereby informed that a meeting of the IQAC has been scheduled as per the following details:

- Initiation of work regarding AQAR 2024-25
- Records to be maintained in the academic year 2025-26

Minutes of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) Meeting

Attendance:
The meeting was attended by Principal Dr. Suhasini Sant (GES Chairperson), IQAC Coordinator S. P. Buwa, and the faculty/stakeholder members as listed in the notice. A quorum was established.
Proceedings:
The IQAC Coordinator welcomed the members and presented the agenda for the academic year 2025-26.
1. Initiation of AQAR 2024-25
The Chairperson directed the committee to begin the data compilation for the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) for the previous academic year. It was decided that criterion-wise drafts should be ready for preliminary review within a month.
2. Academic Record Maintenance (2025-26)
It was resolved that all departments must maintain digitized records of teaching plans, attendance, and internal assessments to ensure transparency and ease of access for the upcoming audit.
3. Distribution of Work
Specific criteria of the AQAR and IQAC administrative tasks were distributed among Prof. Dr. Nagesh Suryawanshi, Prof. Prakash Sawant, and other teacher representatives to ensure accountability.
4. Student Data & Academic Progress
The cell discussed the need for a centralized database to track the academic progress of all admitted students. Prof. Ashwini Torane was tasked with overseeing the continuous data collection process.
5. Alumni Tracking & Scholarships
Ms. Archana Shelke (Alumni Member) suggested a digital registration drive. It was also resolved to identify local industries and NGOs to facilitate private scholarships for underprivileged students.
6. Workshops, Seminars, and New Appointments
The committee approved the organization of at least two national-level seminars this semester. Furthermore, the need to fill vacancies in the IQAC with fresh faculty members was discussed and approved in principle.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
