Subject: Mandatory POSH Training Programme for Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff
Reference: Gokhale Education Society, Regional Office Letter No. GES/RO/190-A/2026-27, dated 01/09/2026.
All the Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Members of Dr. T. K. Tope Senior Arts & Commerce Night College are hereby informed that, in accordance with the guidelines and statutory requirements under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act), Gokhale Education Society has organized a Mandatory POSH Training Programme for the staff members of its institutions.
As directed by the Society, all Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Members are required to attend the programme compulsorily. The programme will be conducted in Online Mode.

All Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Members are hereby instructed to remain present and join the online training programme punctually at 11.00 a.m. and actively participate in the programme.
Since the training is mandatory as per the statutory provisions of the POSH Act, 2013 and the instructions of Gokhale Education Society, all concerned staff members are requested to take note of the same and ensure their attendance without fail.
