त्यासाठी काही विशिष्ठ मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे आहेत – Registration of political parties under section 29 A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 – १९५१ च्या जनप्रतिनिधीत्व कायद्यातील २९ A विभागानुसार राजकीय पक्षांची नोंदणी करता येते.
