पुतिन ही व्यक्ती नव्हे, प्रवृत्ती – ती जगभर बोकाळते आहे, बोकाळणार आहे.

1979 मध्ये सोव्हिएट रशियाने अफगाणिस्तानमध्ये आपले सैन्य घुसवले. त्यानंतर अफगाणिस्तानमध्ये साम्यवादी राजवट प्रस्थापित करण्यात आली. या सगळ्याला अमेरिका आणि सोव्हिएट युनियन यांच्यामधील शीतयुद्धाचा संदर्भ होता.
