On the auspicious day of 6th July 2022, our esteemed institution, in conjunction with the Alumni Association, hosted an annual reunion that witnessed the presence of 52 esteemed former students. The event was graced with the distinguished presence of Dr. Prakash Sawant, Chairman of the Alumni Association, who extended a warm welcome to all attendees.
Dr. Suhasini Sant, Vice President of the Gokhale Educational Society, was accorded a gracious welcome by Dr. Ashwini Torane, the Acting Principal of our institution. Following this, Professor Shubharaj Buwa eloquently delineated the purpose and objectives of the alumni committee, shedding light on its pivotal role in fostering a lasting bond between past and present members of our academic community.
Dr. Suhasini Sant, in her address, lauded the accomplishments of our alumni, particularly highlighting the remarkable journey of one individual who ascended to the position of Naib Tehsildar despite facing significant challenges. Her words resonated deeply with the audience, offering invaluable guidance and inspiration to aspiring minds.
The event was further enriched by the insightful speeches delivered by notable alumni such as Santosh Mandve, Laxman Shelar, Mangesh Kasalkar, Lalita Patekar, Sanjay Kadam, Jayashree Ingle, Virendra Navrekar, and others.
