Minutes of the meeting
A meeting of all members was held on 24th Dec. 2020 in the Principal’s cabin. Following 13 members were present:-

Agenda for the meeting
- To read and confirm the minutes of the previous IQAC meeting held on 11th September 2020.
- Results of online exams and remaining exams to be conducted.
- Any other relevant point may be raised during the meeting with the permission of the Chairperson.
Bulk of online examinations were completed on 23rd December 2020. Still few examinations remain. Declaring results of the exams completed was the main topic of discussion. Dates for the remaining exams were finalised.
Offline or actual classes are still not possible. Lockdown continues.

Action taken report
Submitted on 30th March 2021
Results were declared on time. Verification process was also completed. Students had some common problems due to poor internet connections and lack of personal interaction with teachers and supervisors during the examination. All interaction was online and students are not very much used to the new system.
