Suryawanshi<\/td><td>Professor, Economics &amp; I\/c Principal<\/td><td>Chairman IQAC<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Signed_copy_of_minutes\"><\/span>Signed copy of minutes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Agenda_and_meeting_proceedings\"><\/span>Agenda and meeting proceedings<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To read and confirm the minutes of the previous IQAC meeting held on 20th July 2023.\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Principal Dr. Nagesh Suryawanshi read the minutes and <a href=\"https:\/\/drtktopecollege.in\/?p=5921\">Minutes were confirmed<\/a> by all the members present.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AQAR &#038; SSR progress\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prof. Shubharaj Buwa informed the meeting about the progress of AQAR and SSR submission.&nbsp; AQAR 2022-23 will be submitted shortly and IIQA was submitted and the College is expecting IIQA approval within a few days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IIQA queries and their solution\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prof. Buwa also explained that some queries were raised by NAAC about the IIQA.&nbsp; They were resolved by the college.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff issues\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I\/C Principal Dr. Suryawanshi raised the issue of retirement of Mrs. Sayali Adivrekar and asked about the new person to be appointed.&nbsp; Chairperson Dr. Sant assured that arrangements for the new OS will be made shortly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other relevant point may be raised during the meeting with the permission of the Chairperson.\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Student representative Archana Shelke raised the issue of noise from the Balkrishna Shetty hall during lecture hours.&nbsp; I\/C Principal Dr. Suryawanshi informed that the hall is hired by an institution for regular music and dance practice and they will be informed to reduce and control the noise output.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vote of thanks\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The meeting concluded with vote of thanks proposed by Prof. Shubharaj Buwa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Action_Taken_Report\"><\/span>Action Taken Report<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Date :- 30th March 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following was the agenda of the 2nd IQAC meeting held on Tue. 16th Jan. 2024:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To read and confirm the minutes of the previous IQAC meeting held on 20th July 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AQAR &amp; SSR progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IIQA queries and their solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other relevant point may be raised during the meeting with the permission of the Chairperson.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the agenda, three issues were expected to be processed.&nbsp; Following actions were taken in this regard:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>College office informed the group practising in the Balkrishna Shetty hall and the noise output was reduced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IIQA accepted and SSR submitted on 26th March 2024.&nbsp; The Student Satisfaction Survey conducted by NAAC has started.&nbsp; As of 30th March 2024, 3.84% students have responded.&nbsp; The survey will be on till 25th April 2024.&nbsp; Each student has 15 days to respond to the survey email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mr. S. V.
