V. Sant and Trustee and Joint Treasurer Principal R. P. Deshpande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Newly appointed I\/C Principal Dr. K. G. Nandela, who also acts as an ex-officio member secretary of the CDC, IQAC coordinator Prof. Shubharaj Buwa, Prof. Nagesh Suryavanshi, Prof. D. B. Jambhule, Prof. Pandagale, Office Superintendent Sayali Adivrekar, Shri S. C. Nikumbh were also present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Nandela took over the charge of I\/C Principal from former I\/C Principal Dr. Ashwini Torane.&nbsp; Dr. Nandela recently received his doctoral degree and considering his seniority, he was appointed as an incharge Principal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Minutes of the last meeting held on ____________________ were read by the I\/C Principal Dr. Nandela and confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\/C Principal Dr. Nandela read the report of College activities held from June 2023 to September 2023,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Office Superintendent Mrs. Sayali Adivrekar stated the leave record of teaching and non-teaching staff for the period after the last CDC meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principal Dr. S. V. Sant guided the meeting.&nbsp; She expressed her concern about the number of medical leaves taken by various staff members and further advised the Principal to look into the matter.&nbsp; She also suggested to plan the semester end offline regular and ATKT exams, to be conducted after a gap of almost two years, according to University rules and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principal R. P. Principal Dr. Nandela inaugurated the camp on 13th January.&nbsp; Students had a daily schedule of activities which included warm up exercises in the morning, conducted by Ganesh Jagdev, farm work provided by the institute from 10 am to 1 pm., some rest and then survey of the surrounding areas.&nbsp; M. Bhatt High school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual Prize distribution ceremony will be held on 24th January i.e. today at 6:30 pm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work for submission of AQAR 2021-22 is going on.&nbsp; AQARs up to 2020-21 were accepted by NAAC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ATKT examinations are scheduled from 1st to 10th Feb. 2023. The idea of such a committee was mooted and implemented by Principal Rokade when he was in the office.&nbsp; The committee includes the Principal, Office superintendent, two senior teachers and a clerk.&nbsp; It reviews the progress of office work in cases of promotion, increments, arrears, staff requirements and other administrative matters.&nbsp; At least two meetings of the committee are held during the year.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Principal Deshpande &#8211; Service books of all teachers should be kept up-to-date.&nbsp; Mark this work to a clerk permanently.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OS &#8211; Normally the head clerk looks after this work and all service books are updated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Principal &#8211; Lectures by eminent personalities in the related field are organised.&nbsp; For example on 26th November 2022, on the occasion of Constitution day, Advocate Suresh Mane, a renowned legal luminary, delivered a lecture related to the Constitution and rights of individuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Principal Deshpande &#8211; Exactly, this is my suggestion that you should call eminent personalities and organise their lectures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What is the role of the purchase committee?&nbsp; Whether all purchasing is done after the permission of the purchasing committee?<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Principal &#8211; Yes, every purchase is done after the approval of the purchasing committee<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Whether Parents-Teacher meetings are conducted regularly?<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Principal &#8211; Yes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Principal Deshpande &#8211; It is necessary to conduct these meetings and be in touch with the parents.&nbsp; It is a different thing that very few parents attend such meetings.&nbsp; Keep detailed record of student attendance.&nbsp; Whenever you take action against an irregular student, (whose attendance is below 75% in the related academic year) you should have appropriate record to prove his \/ her absence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Principal &#8211; Attendance record is maintained online with the help of a comprehensive software recording all activities of the College.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NAAC<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Principal Deshpande &#8211; NAAC has changed the rules.&nbsp; After you send the report they raise numerous queries, until they are fully satisfied.&nbsp; All teachers must be ready with their documents, records and reports.&nbsp;
