Following 11 members were present:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Principal V. B. Rokade Chairman<\/li><li>Prof. Prakash Sawant Teacher<\/li><li>Prof. Ashwini Torane Teacher<\/li><li>Prof. Pankaj Pandagale Teacher<\/li><li>Prof. Pramod Dhengle Teacher<\/li><li>Prof. Nagesh Suryawanshi Teacher<\/li><li>Mrs. Sarita Adivrekar Administrative officer<\/li><li>Mr. Prashant Shinde Local society representative<\/li><li>Mr. Rishi Amberkar Student representative<\/li><li>Mr. Prabhakar Pasthe Alumni member<\/li><li>Prof. Shubharaj Buwa IQAC coordinator<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Agenda_for_the_meeting\"><\/span>Agenda for the meeting<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To read and confirm the minutes of the previous IQAC meeting held on <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1O0qXYiF72fPP7R_qRMA-v15EUEwWPDXe0E0U2TzXe3g\/edit?usp=sharing\">30th June 2020.<\/a><\/li><li>Conducting online exams.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Any other relevant point may be raised during the meeting with the permission of the Chairperson.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the pandemic situation and continuous lockdowns it was decided to conduct online exams.  University of Mumbai has also given similar directions.  Prof. Shubharaj Buwa was given temporary charge of the examination committee for conducting online examinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following tasks were outlined in order to conduct the exams smoothly :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Making Telegram group of all college students &#8211; Whatsapp has a limitation of 250 members whereas Telegram can accommodate 2 lakh members in a single group.  <\/li><li>Impart training to teachers for conducting online exams.<\/li><li>Creating Google forms and collecting question papers along with answer keys and marking systems from all teachers.<\/li><li>Selecting and using proctoring software to conduct exams.<\/li><li>Informing and training students about the online exams.<\/li><li>Manage assessment and marks entry.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vote_of_thanks\"><\/span>Vote of thanks <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>was proposed by Prof. Shubharaj Buwa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Action_taken_report\"><\/span>Action taken report<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Submitted_on_24th_December_2020\"><\/span>Submitted on 24th December 2020<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A Telegram group was created which has more than 700 members and which can be now used as College Notice Board.  Communication with all students has become easier.<\/li><li>Prof. Shubharaj Buwa prepared YouTube videos <ol><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/IEwLXJCF4l4\" target=\"_blank\">How to prepare a quiz using Google forms (Marathi)<\/a><\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/BfIY2CUfxQQ\" target=\"_blank\">Using Google translate<\/a><\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/nzJy3OBCph0\" target=\"_blank\">How to create a class in Google classroom?<\/a><\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/ABDXztRuvn8\" target=\"_blank\">How to conduct polls and quizzes in Telegram.<\/a>?<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Google forms to conduct exams were created.<\/li><li>Auto Proctor was selected as a proctoring software<\/li><li>Student meetings were organised on Zoom &#8211; they were given detailed instructions.<\/li><li>Assessment data entry to University portal and college result software was done successfully.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principal V.
