id=\"INNOVATIVE_CURRICULAR_PROGRAMME\"><\/span><strong>INNOVATIVE CURRICULAR PROGRAMME&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Covid-19 struck the country and the state of Maharashtra went into a lockdown from 17<sup>th<\/sup> March 2020.&nbsp; From 25<sup>th<\/sup> March the whole nation went into a lockdown. College was closed from 17<sup>th<\/sup> March 2020.&nbsp; The faculty of Dr. TK Tope College was quick to seize the opportunity in the challenging situation.&nbsp; Our faculty initiated <strong>online teaching and learning program<\/strong> even before receiving directions of the University of Mumbai.&nbsp; The following are the highlights of the online learning and teaching program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cent per cent of our faculty has undergone training in Online Teaching and Learning through various Faculty Development Programmes of 15 days duration conducted by various Universities and Colleges in the country.&nbsp; One such popular program was \u2018<strong>Managing Online Classes and Co-creating MOOCs 3.0\u2019<\/strong> conducted by Ramanujam College, University of Delhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Use of Google Class Room Learning Management System and Zoom for delivering online education to our students in the months of May, June, and July 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct of online Viva-Voce for the students of M Com of our college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Publication of Electronic Books is a special initiative of our faculty.&nbsp; More than 20 E-books on various courses of the University of Mumbai are uploaded on our college website<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tktopenightcollege.in\"> <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tktopenightcollege.in\">www.tktopenightcollege.in<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp; Com Sem-3 _2019<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Our faculty members have also created short films and videos on matters of academic and curricular interest and uploaded on You-tube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"MOUCOLLABORATIVE_INITIATIVE\"><\/span><strong>MOU\/COLLABORATIVE INITIATIVE<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct of one week training program on \u2018Capital Market in India\u2019 in collaboration with Bombay Stock Exchange\u2019s Brokers\u2019 Forum is a regular feature of the college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Visit to the Bombay Stock Exchange is also a regular feature which takes place in collaboration with the BSE Brokers\u2019 Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A collaborative initiative is underway between American India Foundation &amp; Garware Institute of Career Education and Development and Dr. TK Tope Arts &amp; Commerce College to provide free professional courses leading to employment to the students of our college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"CO-CURRICULAR_ACTIVITIES\"><\/span><strong>CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 An international webinar on \u2018Covid-19 Crisis \u2013 International Experience, Common man\u2019s perspective and Expert Opinion was organized on 15<sup>th<\/sup> June 2020.\u00a0 About 300 persons participated in the webinar. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=QBEF1BILZp0&amp;t=217s\">\u00a0https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=QBEF1BILZp0&amp;t=217s<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Com classes.&nbsp; It started in June 2020 and ended in September 2020.&nbsp; Due to the ongoing Corona crisis admissions were badly affected.&nbsp; Several online and offline meetings of the committee were held to finalise the admission software and to review the admissions.&nbsp; Office staff and some past students helped to complete the process, as usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Examination_committee\"><\/span>Examination committee<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Online_exams\"><\/span>Online exams<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>MCQ based online exams were conducted in September, October, November, and December 2020 as per Mumbai University guidelines.&nbsp; It was a new experience and <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/11CXzHjcS1y_AeayVVx6FvcZIWcNmiyJaZYRIwslTrI4\/edit?usp=sharing\">humongous task.<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp; Prof. Shubharaj Buwa coordinated all the online processes He guided all other staff members in preparing online question papers in Google forms, assigning marks, uploading question papers, arranging them according to the time table, managing a group of all students on Telegram, conversion of marks as per University guidelines and uploading the final result with the help of 16 <a href=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLmZU-yEbAsjTeEz7dR7HhWCs92ZqXG6i-\">YouTube videos<\/a>, which received numerous views and comments<a href=\"#_ftn1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a>.&nbsp; Many other colleges referred to our system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ATKT_registrations_online\"><\/span>ATKT registrations online.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ATKT registrations were done online for the first time, as students are staying outside Mumbai and it was difficult to travel due to lockdown.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several committee meetings were held as and when required.&nbsp; Discussion of issues continued on the College group online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IQAC\"><\/span>IQAC<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Shubharaj Buwa was appointed as the coordinator of the IQAC from Academic year 2020-21.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISO Internal Audit was conducted on 28<sup>th<\/sup> December 2020 between 12.00 and 3.00 pm.&nbsp; Dr. Chetan Chavan, was the Internal Auditor for this ISO 9001- 2015 audit.&nbsp; Prof. Shubharaj Buwa, Dr. Prakash Sawant, Prof. Pankaj Pandagle and other members of the IQAC were present for the audit.&nbsp; Audit process was completed successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A meeting of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was held in the Principal\u2019s office in College on 27th January 2021, at 12:00 pm.
