Karande (Principal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Attendance\"><\/span><strong>Attendance:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting was attended by Principal Dr. Suhasini Sant (GES Chairperson), IQAC Coordinator S. P. Buwa, and the faculty\/stakeholder members as listed in the notice. A quorum was established.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proceedings\"><\/span><strong>Proceedings:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The IQAC Coordinator welcomed the members and presented the agenda for the academic year 2025-26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Initiation of AQAR 2024-25<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Chairperson directed the committee to begin the data compilation for the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) for the previous academic year. It was decided that criterion-wise drafts should be ready for preliminary review within a month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Academic Record Maintenance (2025-26)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was resolved that all departments must maintain digitized records of teaching plans, attendance, and internal assessments to ensure transparency and ease of access for the upcoming audit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Distribution of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specific criteria of the AQAR and IQAC administrative tasks were distributed among Prof. Dr. Nagesh Suryawanshi, Prof. Prakash Sawant, and other teacher representatives to ensure accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Student Data &amp; Academic Progress<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cell discussed the need for a centralized database to track the academic progress of all admitted students. Prof. Ashwini Torane was tasked with overseeing the continuous data collection process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Alumni Tracking &amp; Scholarships<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ms. Archana Shelke (Alumni Member) suggested a digital registration drive. It was also resolved to identify local industries and NGOs to facilitate private scholarships for underprivileged students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Workshops, Seminars, and New Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The committee approved the organization of at least two national-level seminars this semester.
