Red - Communist Party of India (Marxist) - (30, 31) Kerala, Tripura

White - Union territories - (32 to 36) Chandigarh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman, Dadra and Nagar Haveli - Delhi and Pondicherry have elected state governments though both are Union Territories.
